My Therapy Specialties

  • What do I mean by secular therapy? Well, I practice from a place of non-religion or belief. I also provide a space to question or deconstruct from religion, as well as navigate any trauma from past religious communities and experiences. And then there is the process of re-constructing a life framework when the religious framework has been rejected.
